How printing & embroidery pricing works
Your total is made up of the garment price plus a decoration price for each logo position. The more garments you order, the lower the decoration price per garment can become. Every product page prices this live as you build your order.
Garment price
The cost of the item itself, which also has its own quantity breaks.
Decoration per garment
Charged per logo position, per garment — print or embroidery.
Quantity breaks
Order more and the per-garment decoration price steps down.
One-off setup
A new logo or design may carry a single setup fee, separate from the per-garment price.
Decorating your own garments
Already have your own T-shirts, polos, hoodies, jackets or other garments? No problem — you can supply your own garments and we'll decorate them for you.
These are our standard decoration prices and the same pricing structure applies whether you purchase the garments from us or supply your own.
Please contact us first if you're supplying your own garments so we can confirm they are suitable for the decoration method and positions required.

The discount applies to the decoration price per garment.

Decoration calculator

Prices shown inc VAT
Decoration only. Garment costs are not included. Decorations with the same price share a quantity break — for example, 15 left-chest prints and 14 front-of-cap embroideries at the same price count as 29 items. Your final price is confirmed once we've checked your artwork, garments and decoration requirements.
Please note: any new embroidery artwork needs a one-off £15.00 (inc VAT) setup fee for each position it's digitised for — a chest logo and a cap logo are separate files, so each has its own fee. Tick the box on an embroidery line in the calculator to include it. If you already have an embroidery file, leave it unticked. Printing has no setup fees unless your image is not up to our resolution/quality standards.

Setup fees
When we decorate a logo or design for the first time it has to be prepared for the machines — digitising for embroidery, or preparing artwork and screens for print. Where that applies, we charge a single one-off setup fee.
- Setup is charged once, not per garment.
- It's completely separate from the per-garment decoration price.
- Reorders of the same logo normally don't pay it again.
- Any setup fee is shown clearly in your basket before you pay.
Decoration positions
Different positions can be priced differently — a small left chest logo is not the same job as a large back print. Positions available on a garment depend on the garment itself, and are listed on each product page.

Large front and large back embroidery is priced at £8.00 per garment.

Decoration is quicker per garment when we run a batch, and we pass that on. As your order crosses each quantity break, the per-garment decoration price drops — and the garment price often does too.
